- Own master-data quality across 27,000 SKUs (6,000 active) — item naming, hierarchy, inventory and purchase multiples, packaging, and shelf labels; designed the Master Data Quality KPI and publish weekly and monthly supply chain reporting for 10 departments.
- Product owner for 10+ cross-functional improvement projects: scoping requirements and NDAs, running discovery with subject-matter experts, and routing each initiative to in-house build, IT partnership, or full IT handover.
- Redesigned the SKU inventory/purchase-multiple workflow so ordering continues correctly until existing warehouse stock depletes, and scoped the end-to-end data collection for a centralized SKU shrinkage and packaging database.
- Trained 70–80 supply chain staff and department heads through a prompt engineering course and hands-on AI automation demonstrations.
